Acceptance into the program is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate from the program at any time, for any reason.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your website or marketing methods comply with these laws and guidelines. Failure to comply may result in termination of your participation in the affiliate program.
Once you have been approved as an affiliate, we will provide you with specific affiliate links and promotional materials. You must use the affiliate links exactly as provided, without modification.
You may promote wefindbetter.com through your website, blog, email marketing, and social media, provided that your activities are compliant with this Agreement. You are prohibited from engaging in activities that are deceptive or harmful to our reputation, including but not limited to:
Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales or actions generated through their affiliate links. The commission structure and rates will be communicated to you when you join the affiliate program or as may be modified by wefindbetter.com from time to time.
Commissions are only earned on sales or actions that are tracked through the use of the affiliate links provided. wefindbetter.com is not responsible for any loss of commissions due to tracking issues, customer cancellations, refunds, or any other factors beyond our control.
Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, subject to reaching the minimum payment threshold. If the minimum threshold is not met, commissions will roll over to the following month.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all wefindbetter.com affiliate links, trademarks, and promotional materials.
You and wefindbetter.com are independent contractors, and this Agreement does not create any partnership, agency, franchise, or employment relationship. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of wefindbetter.com
wefindbetter.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use our logos, trademarks, and promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting our services under this Agreement. You may not modify or create derivative works from any of the content we provide.
wefindbetter.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your participation in the affiliate program.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wefindbetter.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the affiliate program or your breach of this Agreement.
Any non-public information provided to you as part of the affiliate program must be kept confidential and not disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
wefindbetter.com reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or by posting the updated Agreement on our website. Continued participation in the affiliate program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
